Vetronix Team

The Vetronix Management Team, chaired by its founder, Jim Zaleski has a matrix structure and is drawn from a broad cross-section of technical, commercial, financial, marketing and sales expertise, at an international level within the automotive, electronics and computer industries.

The Company is privately held and has recently announced a strategic alliance with IBM as the first step toward creating a common approach for the commercial telematics market.

The Company's focus is on technological innovation in the field of software development, vehicle electronics and telematics. Vetronix is recognized to be at the forefront of the vehicle diagnostics field and leverages this technical and commercial advantage to break new ground in associated technologies. An example of this was the development of the Passport standard by the Enterprise Alliance, in which Vetronix played a significant part. This industry-wide standard allows computer-based products and services to communicate with each other in all types of automotive service environments, increasing productivity and enhancing customer service. Building on this approach, Vetronix has now developed a next-generation telematics solution incorporating comprehensive remote diagnostic capabilities.
