From its headquarters in Santa Barbara, California, Vetronix has demonstrated its commitment to support its products and services internationally by establishing a presence in key market areas.


Santa Barbara In Detroit, Michigan, Vetronix maintains a significant presence with a team of engineers supporting General Motors Romulus service operations and other groups that are devoted to the support of product software. Also in Detroit a Vetronix team concentrates on business developments and maintains garage and engineering facilities in support of Detroit based automotive OEMs. In addition to these facilities, Vetronix also maintains a presence internally at General Motors, Warren, Michigan facilityconcentrating on future needs.

ManchesterIn Europe, Vetronix has established a business development and operations presence in the City of Manchester, UK, in the heart of the industrial belt. The Company has also established garage and installation facilities supporting a fleet of commercial telematics demonstration vehicles and installation facilities that is located in Greater Manchester, adjacent to the M62 Trans-Pennine motorway. European operations are supported by representation in Paris, France and a service center at Dietzenbach, Germany - Getronics. Getronics is responsible for supporting customers, performing diagnostic software updating as well as handling product repair. This service center actively supports the Vetronix customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
 
Tokyo OfficeIn Japan, the Vetronix-Japan branch office in central Tokyo serves as a local presence for Japanese OEM and Aftermarket customers. For over 10 years, Vetronix-Japan has actively supported customers with new product introductions and sales, in addition to being a product repair facility for all of Asia. Vetronix has long-standing customer relationships with several major Japanese OEMs, and has on-site technical staff at OEM headquarters in Japan.

Service Centers

In Canada, Vetronix has a strategic alliance and long-standing business relationship with GM of Canada. Custone Electromotive of Ontario provides customer support, diagnostic software updating and repair services for all Vetronix customers in Canada. Vetronix works closely with the OEM Canadian headquarters such as Honda Canada and Toyota Canada.
