Virtual Manufacturing While the core of Vetronix's activity is the generation of intellectual asset, the Company utilizes third party, strategically located, virtual manufacturing capacity to translate its designs into physical products. Vetronix owns all necessary tooling for the production of its products, all of which are multi-sourced. Vetronix maintains its Distribution Center in Santa Barbara, California for final inspection, kit assembly and despatch. The policy of utilizing virtual manufacturing capacity enables the Company to provide highly flexible and responsive service to its worldwide customer base, while maintaining a prudent economic model.

	ISO 9002 Vetronix's virtual manufacturing capacity is updating to ISO9000:2000 and last certified to ISO9002, with high volume production capacity and leveraged sourcing and buying power. Vetronix has state-of-the-art CCA manufacturing equipment for surface mounted technology with significant flexibility in relation to production quantities and configurations.

Flexible Capacity

The Company's manufacturing flexibility provides the ability to deliver small pilot pre-production runs for new, innovative products, while sustaining cost effective, high efficiency, high volume production runs.

Product quality is of the highest priority for Vetronix. This is consistently achieved through the implementation of advanced statistical quality assurance techniques. Concurrent product process design is maintained through close liaison between Vetronix design teams and the Company's extensive manufacturing engineering capability.

Close attention is paid to in-circuit test, functional test and trouble shooting functions within the virtual manufacturing enterprise. Vetronix also maintains an effective warranty and repair function as part of its on-going program of total product support.
